About the role

Join Kempinski’s iconic Les Saisons restaurant for the 2026/2027 winter season as a Host/Hostess. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless seating experience in a 5‑star luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort them to their tables.
• Manage table reservations and walk‑ins efficiently.
• Promote the restaurant’s various dining concepts and upsell where appropriate.
• Support the service team during peak periods and special events.
• Assist the operations department when needed, especially during high‑traffic times.

Required profile

• Completed training in a comparable hotel environment.
• Initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
• Impeccable demeanor, well‑groomed appearance and natural charm.
• Strong communication skills and an understanding of guest needs.
• Structured, organized work style with a keen interest in teamwork.
• Very good German and English language proficiency.
• Sales orientation and persuasiveness.
