Senior Associate – Corporate Law

About the role

Lindemann Law is seeking a Senior Associate specialized in corporate law to join its Zurich office. The role involves acquiring new mandates, providing comprehensive legal advice to national and international clients, and contributing to the firm’s growth in corporate governance and M&A.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire mandates and cross‑sell legal services to existing clients.
• Provide full‑scope corporate law advice, including M&A, financing, capital markets, restructuring and insolvency.
• Manage regulatory, legal and tax projects for corporate structuring.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, financing documents and governance policies.
• Represent clients in courts, arbitration tribunals and before regulatory authorities.
• Participate in client meetings, industry events and the development of new legal products.

Required profile

• Swiss bar admission with a first‑class qualification and a notary licence.
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in a law firm, audit firm, bank or asset‑management environment.
• Advanced studies in commercial or financial law are preferred.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client‑orientation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage stress and meet deadlines.
