Senior Associate – Investment Funds & Asset Management

About the role

The firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Investment Funds & Asset Management team in Zurich. The role combines high‑level legal advisory work with business development responsibilities for national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new mandates and cross‑sell legal services to existing clients.
• Provide comprehensive advice on fund structuring, capital raising, investment, regulation and corporate governance.
• Lead complex structuring projects and conduct client meetings for mixed funds and separate accounts.
• Draft, review and negotiate fund documentation such as partnership agreements, investment agreements and management contracts.
• Assist clients in complying with national and international laws and represent them before courts and arbitration tribunals.
• Contribute to the development of new products and services and participate in industry events.

Required profile

• Swiss bar admission with a first‑class qualification; additional studies in business or financial law are a plus.
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in a law firm, audit firm, bank or asset‑management company.
• Fluent, stylistically confident English and German.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client‑orientation skills.
