Senior Associate – Litigation & Dispute Resolution

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Zurich. The role involves providing comprehensive legal advice to national and international clients across a range of judicial and extrajudicial matters.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new mandates in civil, commercial, capital market, banking, regulatory, contractual, arbitration, mediation, and criminal disputes.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies, prepare complex pleadings and legal opinions.
• Advise and represent clients in courts and arbitration tribunals, negotiate with opposing parties.
• Maintain client relationships throughout proceedings and actively participate in an international team.
• Contribute to business development through cross‑selling, chargeable hours, and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Swiss bar admission with a first‑class qualification.
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in a law firm, audit firm or financial services company.
• Fluent in English and German at a professional level.
• Age 30–50, gender M/F.
