Senior Associate – Private Clients & Wealth Planning

About the role

The firm seeks a Senior Associate to advise high‑net‑worth individuals and family businesses on wealth planning, inheritance, tax optimisation and asset protection. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management and participation in an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and maintain long‑term relationships through proactive legal advice.
• Provide comprehensive legal support in inheritance planning, asset management, tax optimisation and business succession.
• Draft wills, trusts, prenuptial agreements and other documents for asset protection and transfer.
• Develop and implement asset‑protection strategies, including international structures.
• Advise on complex tax issues and represent clients before tax authorities.
• Contribute to new product and service development and represent the firm at industry events.

Required profile

• Swiss bar admission with first‑class qualification; additional studies in commercial, tax or family law are a plus.
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in a law firm or asset‑management environment.
• Fluent, stylistically confident English and German.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client‑orientation skills.
• High personal responsibility, reliability and ability to work under pressure.
