(Senior) Consultant - Business Consulting, Managed Services

About the role

EY's Business Consulting team is expanding its Managed Services footprint in Switzerland. It is looking for consultants with about 2-5 years' experience in consulting or financial services to join the Transformation Execution Practice and design and deliver scalable, technology-enabled services across WAM, BCM and Insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design of managed services that adapt to client needs in scope, scale and speed.
• Help shape pursuits by co-creating with clients or using proven EY solutions to build outcome-focused propositions.
• Structure financial models that shift fixed to variable cost through pricing innovation and amortization design.
• Apply EY methods, accelerators and governance standards to deliver effectively and efficiently.
• Contribute to delivery models such as Build-Operate-Transfer, As-a-Service, captive transitions and offshore build-outs.

Required profile

• About 2-5 years in consulting or financial services, supported by a strong academic record.
• Fluency in English and German; Swiss German or other languages are an advantage.
• Direct experience in global delivery hubs such as India or Poland is an asset.

Required skills

• Client engagement: engaging CFOs, CIOs and COOs and linking their priorities to outcomes such as lower operating expenditure or better regulatory compliance.
• Service design: turning complex requirements into scalable managed service models with clear SLAs, outcome metrics and governance frameworks.
• Pursuit and financial structuring: co-creating propositions, pricing models that convert fixed to variable cost, volume thresholds and transaction economics.
• Delivery credentials: work on Build-Operate-Transfer, As-a-Service, captive transitions or ODCs with a track record backed by KPIs.
