Senior Director, Portfolio & Product Management

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Director to shape and execute the global portfolio and product strategy for a leading MedTech consumer product line. This senior leadership position drives innovation, portfolio evolution, and commercialization across all markets, ensuring sustainable growth and strong competitive positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a global portfolio strategy aligned with growth targets, consumer needs, and brand positioning.
• Build, prioritize, and accelerate an innovation pipeline based on consumer insights and market trends.
• Lead portfolio and product management across the full product lifecycle, improving time‑to‑market and go‑to‑market readiness.
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analyses to guide investment decisions.
• Ensure global alignment of product roadmaps, launch plans, and commercialization priorities.
• Drive data‑based decision‑making through analytics, financial modelling, and performance tracking.
• Develop consumer‑centric pricing and value‑proposition strategies with commercial teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing global product management team.
• Oversee the global category budget, ensuring strong ROI and disciplined investment.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in global marketing, portfolio or product management within international organisations.
• Proven track record of leading global portfolios, accelerating innovation pipelines, and delivering successful commercialization.
• Strong experience in MedTech, consumer healthcare, FMCG or other B2C environments.
• Demonstrated ability to shorten development cycles and improve go‑to‑market speed.
