Senior E‑commerce & Digital Marketing Brand Manager

About the role

Alcon is seeking an experienced senior e‑commerce and digital marketing professional to shape and deliver the international growth agenda for contact lenses. You will partner with the Director to translate strategy into high‑impact market programs, optimise performance through data, and scale successful practices across priority markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and activate the international e‑commerce growth strategy using consumer, competitive and performance insights.
• Lead e‑commerce campaigns and digital programs across MyAlcon.com, e‑retailers, marketplaces and key platforms.
• Maintain and optimise digital shelf content for visibility, AI discovery, engagement and conversion.
• Support markets with CRM activation, test‑and‑learn roadmaps and performance tracking.
• Drive MyAlcon.com optimisation (SEO, GEO/AI discovery, journey mapping) and scale learnings across markets.
• Act as the e‑commerce subject‑matter expert, providing guidance, playbooks and capability‑building for markets.

Required profile

• Significant experience in e‑commerce and digital marketing, leading multi‑market activation and optimisation programmes.
• Strong analytical ability to define KPIs, interpret performance, assess ROI and turn insights into action.
• Proven influence in matrix organisations and excellent English communication skills.
