Senior HR Generalist (International Environment)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to manage day‑to‑day HR activities in an international, project‑focused environment. The role ensures smooth HR operations, supports managers and employees, and contributes to organizational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on daily matters and support organizational change initiatives.
• Implement and communicate HR policies, ensure compliance, and manage HR systems and digital tools.
• Administer compensation and benefits, conduct benchmarking, and prepare related reports.
• Coordinate recruitment and talent acquisition, maintain relationships with universities and technical schools.
• Identify training needs, support succession planning, and drive performance management processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, generate HR reports, and ensure data integrity throughout the employee lifecycle.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or related field.
• 4‑5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
• Background in construction, infrastructure, engineering, industrial or project‑based sectors is highly desirable.
• Proven experience with organizational transformation, change management and restructuring.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to leverage HR data for business decisions.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
