Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Futurae is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own partner marketing and lead generation. This hands‑on position combines strategic ownership with execution, allowing you to shape the marketing roadmap, run programs, and directly influence pipeline outcomes alongside Partnerships and Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the partner and lead‑generation marketing strategy, set priorities and be accountable for pipeline results.
• Design, launch and manage co‑marketing programmes with strategic alliances, resellers and technology partners.
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for Partner Managers and Sales leads on pipeline targets.
• Create and maintain scalable playbooks for partner and lead‑gen campaigns.
• Track, measure and report on pipeline impact and ROI across all initiatives.
• Support field events and other marketing projects as priorities evolve.
• Monitor competitor activity and market positioning to inform future planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing with long, complex sales cycles.
• Track record of running lead‑generation programmes (webinars, content syndication, ABM) directly tied to pipeline.
• Demonstrated ownership of partner marketing end‑to‑end, including strategic alliances and reseller programmes.
• Strong commercial instinct and comfort discussing pipeline with Sales and Partnerships.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to connect marketing actions to revenue outcomes.
• Fluent English; additional language (German, French, Italian) a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for partner programs or events.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing‑automation platform.
