Senior Production Technician – DSP

About the role

The Senior Production Technician works in the DSP (Drug Substance Production) department, operating production equipment under GMP rules and supporting biotechnological product purification through chromatography, filtration, UF/DF and bulk filling.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and perform IPCs in compliance with GMP.
• Execute production tasks according to schedule and maintain the clean‑room area.
• Document quality deviations, lead investigations and close minor deviations.
• Create and review SOPs, work instructions, batch records and qualification protocols.
• Support batch release activities, including review of exceptions and batch record closure.
• Participate in 5S, Gemba walks and continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Technical or scientific training (CFC, Bachelor HES, DUT/BTS) in biotechnology or equivalent industry experience (minimum 5 years).
• Experience working in a cGMP production environment with shift work, including occasional weekends.
• Strong team spirit and ability to work in a highly regulated, demanding setting.
