Senior Specialist – Customer Engagement (Switzerland)

About the role

This is a one‑year, 60% fixed‑term position supporting the launch and growth of a vaccine portfolio in Switzerland. The Senior Specialist will lead customer engagement initiatives, ensuring they align with affiliate plans and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of congresses, webinars and digital communications.
• Ensure compliance with administrative processes by collaborating with cross‑functional and global teams.
• Manage the CRM system, gather and analyse customer data to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide data‑analytics support for internal stakeholders and key functions.
• Negotiate contracts, conduct due‑diligence and minimise risk.
• Monitor KPI performance, work with distributors and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to building the vaccines commercial organisation and adhere to healthcare laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor/Master/PhD with proven success in pharmaceutical/biotech sales, marketing or tender management (vaccines preferred).
• Track record of driving volume and profitable revenue growth with corporate or public‑sector accounts.
• Deep understanding of the Swiss healthcare system, health policy and stakeholder landscape.
• Fluent in German and strong business English; additional French or Italian is a plus.
