Senior Specialist – Talent Acquisition Apparel & Accessories (12‑month Maternity Cover)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Product Talent Acquisition team on a 12‑month maternity cover. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment for Apparel and Accessories Product Creation roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and the broader TA team to ensure high‑quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment processes for Apparel and Accessories Product Creation positions.
• Partner with product leaders to define role profiles, develop search strategies, and align hiring needs.
• Drive sourcing, screening, stakeholder communication, and offer management with a focus on quality and clarity.
• Collaborate with recruiting coordination and TA operations to deliver a smooth, professional candidate experience.
• Leverage data and insights to support hiring decisions and improve search effectiveness.
• Support broader TA initiatives such as tooling, processes, and employer branding as needed.

Required profile

• Extensive Talent Acquisition experience, especially for product roles in fast‑paced, international environments.
• Background in consumer goods or creative industries is highly preferred.
• Proven track record hiring across a range of Product Creation disciplines.
• Strong awareness of global and cultural trends influencing brands.
• Confident partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and clear recommendations.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach to sourcing and candidate experience.
• Thrives in collaborative, fast‑moving settings and can manage multiple priorities.
