Service Preparation Specialist – Lausanne

About the role

As a Service Preparation Specialist you will be part of Tesla’s Virtual Service Team, handling the preparation and triage of customer repair requests for Tesla vehicles. You will work remotely with customers to understand their concerns, set expectations and ensure a smooth hand‑over to the workshop teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and triage all repair requests following Tesla’s standardized process.
• Engage directly with customers to document their concerns and set clear expectations before service appointments.
• Identify and resolve simple service issues remotely whenever possible.
• Diagnose vehicle problems, determine required parts and maintain ownership of the customer case.
• Collaborate with other service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical expertise.
• Strong multitasking, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Digital savviness and comfort using advanced diagnostic tools.
