Social Media Analyst – Multilingual (EN/ES/PT) – Remote

About the role

This fully remote position supports a global brand’s social media strategy across English, Spanish and Portuguese markets. You will execute day‑to‑day channel activities, adapt content to each market and collaborate with strategists, creatives and external creators to deliver authentic social experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily social presence on Instagram and emerging brand channels in three languages, ensuring content feels native rather than translated.
• Execute the multilingual content calendar, brief creative teams and external creators, and monitor engagement metrics such as reach, saves, shares and sentiment.
• Identify performance issues early, especially in Spanish‑ and Portuguese‑speaking markets, and adjust strategy based on data insights.
• Track brand mentions, spot trends, and escalate emerging issues using tools like Sprout Social, ManyChat and LinkTree.

Required profile

• 1–3 years managing branded social media accounts with measurable engagement or audience growth.
• Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese, with working proficiency in the third language or a clear plan to develop it.
• Ability to interpret social media performance data and refine content strategy accordingly.
• Experience briefing and coordinating external creators against a content calendar.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
