Structured Product Specialist (F/M/X)

About the role

Join a global banking group with a 150‑year heritage and help shape the future of structured products. You will own the product P&L, define strategies and road‑maps, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver client‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver product strategies and road‑maps that drive client value and competitive advantage.
• Identify market opportunities, translate insights into product designs and go‑to‑market plans.
• Partner with product development, marketing, trading, sales, risk and operations to embed client needs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop product positioning, branding and marketing themes aligned with target demographics.
• Drive adoption and growth by aligning capabilities, messaging and media channels.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in structured products, derivatives or capital markets within a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work through product scenarios and risk considerations.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, managing multiple tasks accurately.
• Self‑starter with a desire to learn, grow and build expertise in structured products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field; CFA/FRM a plus.
