Sustainability Communications Intern

About the role

Lindt & Sprüngli is looking for a motivated intern to join its Group Communications team in Kilchberg, Switzerland. You will gain hands‑on experience in corporate sustainability reporting and external communication for a globally recognised premium chocolate brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support project management of the annual sustainability statement.
• Assist with sustainability communication projects and update related materials (websites, presentations, brochures, holding statements).
• Help prepare group‑wide sustainability communication guidelines.
• Create content such as briefings, articles, and brochures.
• Manage and update content on the company intranet.
• Coordinate subsidiary inquiries on sustainability and corporate communications.
• Support media inquiries and corporate events.
• Edit and review media releases.
• Conduct daily media monitoring.

Required profile

• Student (Bachelor or Master) in Communication, Journalism or a related field.
• First professional experience in corporate communications, journalism or sustainability communication is a plus.
• Strong interest in sustainability; knowledge of the cocoa industry is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to work independently and as a strong team player across functions.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.
