About the role
Join the HR team at W Verbier as a Talent & Training Assistant. You will support recruitment and learning initiatives for a luxury hotel, working closely with the Director of Human Resources and a small, collaborative team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Recruitment Manager with the full recruitment cycle, including posting jobs and tracking applications.
- Support internal training programs using the Marriott training platform and W brand onboarding resources.
- Coordinate requests for casual workers, managing hours, payments, and documentation.
- Maintain internal communications across multiple channels and ensure recruitment materials are up‑to‑date.
- Oversee part of staff accommodation logistics, including check‑in/check‑out inventory.
- Manage apprentices and trainees, participating in hospitality career fairs and liaising with schools and training organisations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build relationships with managers, partners, and candidates.
- Professional presentation that reflects the W brand image.
- Interest in culture, arts, and lifestyle sectors.
