Technical Interviewer – Remote (Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Interviewer to join our partner’s fully remote team based in Switzerland. In this role you will evaluate and select top technology talent for a variety of technical positions, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical interviews with pre‑screened candidates across software development, cloud platforms, databases and modern engineering practices.
• Collaborate with recruitment and technical teams to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements and technical expectations.
• Design, develop and continuously improve interview questions, technical assessments and evaluation frameworks.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to keep assessment methods current.
• Provide structured feedback and recommendations to support hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition or technical interviewing.
• At least 2 years hands‑on experience as a software developer with exposure to backend, frontend, databases and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and engineering roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
