Transfer Pricing Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager / Senior Manager to lead multi‑country transfer pricing projects for multinational clients. You will design and optimise business models, advise on tax policies, and support dispute resolution across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, direct and coordinate multi‑country transfer pricing engagements.
• Develop concepts for new or optimized business models and implement them globally.
• Scope, plan and deliver solutions for leading companies worldwide.
• Analyse global value chains to identify client needs and tailor solutions.
• Advise on transfer pricing policies, governance, documentation and technology.
• Support dispute resolution assignments and advance rulings.
• Contribute to business development and service offering expansion.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably in a consultancy.
• Fluent German language skills.
• Proven track record in managing multi‑country projects.
• Leadership potential and ability to take responsibility for a team or area of expertise.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on long‑term objectives.
