Workday Time Tracking Specialist – Bangkok/Gurgaon/Kuala Lumpur

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Workday Time Tracking Specialist to ensure the Time Tracking module runs smoothly, scales efficiently, and supports accurate payroll and regulatory compliance. The role is based in Bangkok, Gurgaon, or Kuala Lumpur and offers relocation support. You will collaborate with People and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions and enhance the overall People Technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead configuration and maintenance of Workday Time Tracking, including time entry rules, validation logic, work schedules, time calculations, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions that improve employee experience.
• Own and manage reporting, calculated fields, and security configurations to provide accurate insights into time entries, exceptions, overtime, and pay‑impact data.
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, configuration guides, and process maps to strengthen team resiliency.
• Collaborate on other Workday domains and internal tools, expanding expertise based on project needs and personal interests.
