About the role

Cereneo Prevention seeks an experienced culinary professional who blends nutrition science with innovative cooking. The role involves creating authentic international dishes, developing health‑focused recipes, and providing nutritional counseling within a neuro‑prevention and longevity center.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present high‑quality buffet and fine‑dining dishes using seasonal, regional, and international ingredients.
• Develop new, health‑conscious recipes and menu components based on nutritionally validated formulas.
• Optimize existing dishes for taste, texture, and nutritional value.
• Test new ingredients, cooking techniques, and concepts while ensuring consistency and quality.
• Train kitchen staff on new recipes and modern cooking methods.
• Provide nutritional counseling and cooking training to clinic clients.

Required profile

• Active kitchen experience during service, capable of working under pressure.
• Strong understanding of modern nutrition, functional foods, and food trends.
• Creative, structured, and hands‑on mentality with high quality awareness.
• Fluency in English and good German language skills.
