Event & Brand Experience Intern

About the role

Join Nespresso’s brand team as an Event & Brand Experience Intern and help create memorable experiences for customers and partners. You will work across event planning, boutique activations, and post‑event analysis while gaining hands‑on mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of brand events from concept to on‑site delivery.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist boutique and trade activations, maintaining brand and customer experience standards.
• Manage event materials, stock, and logistics for multiple campaigns.
• Compile post‑event reports, including KPIs, learnings, and insights.
• Research trends and best practices to bring forward creative ideas.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Management, Hospitality, Events, Business or a related field.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities with stakeholder‑management experience.
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset with high motivation and ownership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment and manage pressure.
• Interest in brand experience, events and consumer engagement.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a strong plus.
