Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms Division

About the role

The Kulm Group, a luxury mountain hotel group, is looking for an Executive Assistant Manager for its Rooms Division. Working directly with General Management, you will carry overall responsibility for the division and act as the driving force behind quality and innovation. The team you lead has around 80 to 120 employees across Front Office, Concierge, Reservations, Housekeeping and Laundry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of about 80 to 120 employees through your direct reports.
• Implement Forbes and 5-star excellence standards and turn guest feedback into concrete service improvements.
• In coordination with Revenue Management, Sales and Marketing, optimise occupancy and ADR.
• Plan budgets, forecast and control costs (labour and operating expenses) with a focus on profitability.
• Drive digital transformation and streamline internal procedures so more time is spent on guests.
• Train and develop the teams continuously.
• Maintain a strong presence in the lobby, build relationships with regular guests and handle complex complaints calmly.

Required profile

• Degree or vocational training in luxury hospitality and several years of leadership experience in a comparable position in the international 5-star hotel industry.
• Business fluent in German and English; Italian is a significant advantage.
• Able to coach and mentor other managers and enjoy developing talent.
• Confident with modern PMS systems and interested in designing efficient digital processes.
• Discreet, precise and resilient, setting a natural example.
