About the role
Galderma is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Head of Region EMEAC & LATAM. Based at the Zug headquarters, the role ensures the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the multi‑cultural EMEAC region by handling administrative, secretarial and operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s agenda, phone calls and meeting preparation.
- Screen incoming calls, optimise the schedule and ensure appropriate follow‑up.
- Prepare and provide required documents and information for each confirmed appointment.
- Coordinate monthly expense reports and submissions in line with company policy.
- Maintain a systematic filing and archiving system for regional documents.
- Organise meetings and events, including logistical arrangements such as hotel bookings and travel.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
