Night Audit Agent

About the role

The Night Audit Agent ensures the smooth operation of the front office during overnight hours at Ultima Hotel Gstaad, a five‑star boutique resort in the Swiss Alps. This role combines guest service, financial accuracy, and security responsibilities to deliver a seamless experience for high‑end travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival, escort them to their suite, residence or private chalet, and complete check‑in procedures.
• Provide guests with information about local activities, hotel services, restaurants, bars and spa facilities.
• Promote upselling opportunities and loyalty to the Ultima Collection.
• Handle guest departures, check‑out processes and billing, ensuring accurate invoicing.
• Perform front‑office accounting tasks, including invoice validation, payment reconciliation and daily financial reporting.
• Conduct the nightly audit, verifying all financial transactions recorded in the Cloudbeds PMS.
• Maintain safety and security of the property throughout the night.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address issues promptly and foster memorable experiences.

Required profile

• Degree from a recognised hospitality management school (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury or high‑end hotels.
• Fluent in French and English; German, Russian or Arabic are a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven upselling abilities.
• Flexible, reliable and able to work overnight shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Cloudbeds Property Management System (PMS).
