Trainer – Education & User Support for Medical Devices

About the role

Ayus Medical Devices is seeking a Trainer, Education & User Support to ensure that partner clinics worldwide are fully competent in the Inuspheresis® extracorporeal therapy. Working closely with the Head of Training & Education, you will deliver onboarding and refresher sessions, provide hands‑on assistance, and help maintain high treatment quality across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Travel internationally to train network partners on‑site and at the Ayus Medical Clinic in Basel.
• Serve as the primary contact on the user‑support hotline, resolve routine cases, and participate in an on‑call rotation.
• Verify treatment quality through structured follow‑ups at partner locations.
• Adapt and improve training materials for specific audiences.
• Collaborate with Service Technicians, Operations, and the Head of Training & Education.

Required profile

• Medical background (nurse, doctor, paramedic) with ability to ensure effective patient cannulation.
• Experience or strong motivation to train healthcare professionals.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills; ability to manage an international travel schedule.
• Fluent in German and English; valid passport and willingness to travel extensively.
